What to Expect
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming your order and estimated delivery date within 30 minutes.
Delivery Booking
Our team will contact you 2–3 days before delivery to arrange a convenient 4-hour window.
Room-of-Choice Delivery
Our two-person team will deliver your furniture to the room of your choice and remove all packaging.
Returns Policy
100-Day Free Returns
Not happy? No problem. Contact us within 100 days and we'll arrange a free collection and full refund. Items must be in their original condition — we just ask that you take care of them as you would your own.
Exceptions
Made-to-order items (custom fabrics, bespoke sizes) cannot be returned unless faulty. Sale items can be returned within 30 days. Mattresses are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
