Westor

Terms of sale

The plain-English version of what you agree to when you buy from us — and what we agree to in return. See also our delivery and returns and privacy pages.

Who we are

Westor is a trading name of Augmun Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13335266. Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, London, Greater London, WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at hello@westor.co.uk.

These terms apply to everything you buy from westor.co.uk. They do not take away any right the law gives you.

Ordering

Placing an order through our checkout is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your order by email, and that is when the contract between us is made. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a pricing error, or because we cannot get the material — we will tell you promptly and refund anything you have paid.

For cut-to-size and bespoke work, check the dimensions you give us carefully before you pay. We cut to the numbers you enter.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. You pay in full at checkout, which is handled securely by Shopify. Delivery is charged on top and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

Everything is made to order and dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Cancelling and returns — standard stocked items

For standard stocked items you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel, send the item back within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return.

To cancel, email hello@westor.co.uk. Returns go to Augmun Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. The item needs to come back in the condition it arrived in.

Cut-to-size, bespoke and personalised items

Anything cut to your dimensions, made to your specification or personalised for you is exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind right, under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — we cannot resell a cill cut to your window. We say this on the product pages too, so you know before you buy.

This exemption never applies to faults. If a bespoke piece arrives faulty or not as described, you have the same rights as with anything else — see below.

If something is faulty

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, everything we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund — and that applies to every item, bespoke and cut-to-size included.

Email hello@westor.co.uk with a photograph and your order number and we will sort it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking this contract; we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses — we supply for private use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. Your statutory rights are not affected.
