We primarily use FSC-certified solid oak sourced from sustainably managed European forests. Some pieces also feature walnut or ash accents. We never use veneers or MDF in our structural components.

Standard delivery takes 5-10 working days for in-stock items. Made-to-order pieces typically take 4-6 weeks. We offer free delivery on all orders over £150 to mainland UK addresses.

Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled or requires minimal assembly (attaching legs, for example). For larger pieces like wardrobes and bed frames, we offer a professional assembly service for £49.

We offer a 100-day free returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us and we'll arrange a free collection. Items must be in their original condition. Made-to-order items are excluded.

Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Apply Danish oil or beeswax polish every 6-12 months to maintain the finish. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

Our structural warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the frame, joints, and structural components for 5 years from purchase. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and fabric degradation are not covered.

Yes! We offer free fabric samples for all our upholstered pieces. Order up to 5 samples via our product pages and they'll arrive within 3-5 working days.

Currently we deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. International shipping is available to select European countries — please contact us for a quote.
